Worldwide Aerospace, LLC. Quality Codes Rev. 1, Jan 2023                             PUR Appendix 1

Current revision quality codes are available from Worldwide Aerospace via request to buyer or at www.worldwideaerospace.com.

 
Q1  Right of Entry:  The seller shall afford right of entry to seller’s or seller’s subcontractor’s premises to Worldwide Aerospace, LLC. representatives and their customer’s representatives as necessary to verify quality systems, processes, product and quality records.
Q2  Acceptance at Destination:  All goods and services provided under this PO are subject to final acceptance at Worldwide Aerospace, LLC.
 
Q3  Certificate of Conformance and Test Reports:  All items and services require a Certificate of Conformance.  FAA form 8130-3 and/or EASA Form 1 are required for spares or items that have been repaired.
 
Q4  Records Retention:  All records pertaining to the purchase of product or services must remain on file at the supplier for a minimum of 2 years and will be available for review by any representative of Worldwide Aerospace, LLC or it’s customers.
 
Q5  Customer Notification:  Supplier agrees to notify Worldwide Aerospace, LLC of any nonconformance of product within 5 business days for work in process and within 1 business day for products or services already delivered.
 
Q6  Quality Management System:  A Quality Management System must be in place during performance of this PO at the sellers facility, and at seller’s sub tier facilities, meeting the standards of AS9100,  ISO9001, ASA100 or FAA Repair Station as appropriate.
 
Q7  Counterfeit Parts Prevention:  Sellers and their sub tiers must have a counterfeit parts prevention program in place that meets the requirements of AS6174 or AS5553.  Seller agrees not to deliver confirmed or suspected counterfeit work to Worldwide Aerospace, LLC or it’s customers.  Seller shall immediately notify Worldwide Aerospace, LLC of any confirmed or suspected counterfeit work that has been delivered.
 
Q8  Corrective Action:  Acceptance of this PO obligates the seller to perform, upon request, a corrective action investigation when requested by Worldwide Aerospace, LLC.  A written report shall be furnished in a reasonable time period which is specific and conclusive to prevent a recurrence of the discrepancy.
 
Q9  FOD  Program:  Supplier shall have a FOD (Foreign Object Debris) program in place to meet the requirements of an FAA authorized repair station, NAS-412 or AS9146.
 
Q10  DPAS Rating:  Unless otherwise specified on the face of the purchase order, this order is a DPAS rated order with a rating as stated on the PO along with the prime contract number.
 
Q11 Flow Down: All quality requirements stated on this purchase order are to be flowed to any sub- tier supplier in the supply chain for this order.
 
Q12 Personnel : All personnel at seller or seller’s sub tier supply shall be aware of their contribution to conformity of the product or service, product safety and ethical behavior.  
 
All suppliers to Worldwide Aerospace, LLC are measured on quality and delivery. Notification will be sent to any supplier who falls outside of the target ranges set: Quality 95-100% and Delivery of 95-100%.
